How to Enable/Disable the Shopping Cart Icon in Header

By default, the Shopping Cart icon will appear in the Header Menu, if the WooCommerce plugin has been installed and activated.

If for any reasons the Shopping Cart icon doesn’t appear in the Header area, next to the Navigation Menu, we can enable it by going to Theme Options -> Menu Options ->WooCommerce Shooping Cart Icon and setting the option to On.

We can simply choose to not have a shopping area on our site and have the Shopping Cart icon disabled from the Header, by setting the option to Off.

We also added the option to enable/disable the Shopping Cart Icon individually, only for certain page, posts or portfolio items.

Try editing a page using the Backend editor of WordPress, scroll down below the content area until you see the Advanced Customization box.

Under Header Settings -> Show Shopping Cart Icon in Header set the option to either Yes or No. To inherit the setting set under Theme Options area, leave this option to Default – set in Theme Options.
