Creating a Text logo with optional Tagline text in Nimva

If no Graphic Logo has been uploaded and set under Theme Options -> Logo -> Logo Settings -> Logo or Retina Logo, then a Text Logo will be created based on the Text that is used as the Site Title, under Settings -> General -> Site Title.

Once the Site Title and Tagline have been set, we can customize the colors of the Text Logo and Tagline as well as the fonts, by going to Theme Options -> Logo -> Text Logo Settings

The following settings are available:

  • Text Logo font family – choose a Google Font for the Text Logo
  • Text Logo font size (px) – set the font size of the Text Logo in pixels
  • Text Logo font color – set the color of the Logo
  • Text Logo Margin Top – set a margin above the Text Logo
  • Text Logo Margin Bottom – set a margin below the Text Logo

Enable the Tagline

To also enable the Tagline, make sure that under Tagline -> Show Tagline, this option is set to On.

Once this option has been enabled, we can customize the Text of the Tagline as well as the Font Family, font size, color and top margin.
