Making a Header Fixed/Sticky on Scroll with Elementor

Setting the header layout to become fixed on vertical scroll.

Navigate to your WordPress admin dashboard -> Creativo Elements -> Headers.

Edit one of the existing headers. If there are currently no headers created, follow this tutorial to create your first header.

To make the Header Sticky, we have to select the actual Section that holds our Header Elements.

With the section selected -> navigate to the Advanced Tab.

Set the Enable Sticky Position option to Yes.

Hit the Update button to update your page. Next hit the Refresh button on your browser.

The Header will become sticky, or fixed on vertical scroll.

We still have to do another tweak and that is to set a background color for the Section, otherwise it will be fully Transparent on scroll and the elements will not be visible on dark sections, as seen in the image below:

With the Section still selected, navigate to Style tab -> Background -> Background Type -> choose Classic and set the Background Color to #FFFFFF – or any background color you want for your Header.

Now when we scroll down the page, the actual Header will be using a solid color as the background, similar to the image below:
