Fifteen years of keeping people comfortable

In 2011 Ray Alvarez was a service tech who kept getting called to fix other people’s installs. Wrong tonnage, undersized returns, refrigerant lines run through a joist. He started Creativo HVAC on the premise that doing it right the first time is cheaper for everyone.

That premise turned into a rule we still measure ourselves against: if a system we installed needs an unplanned visit in its first two years, the visit is free and the post-mortem is public inside the company.
