{"id":78,"date":"2019-02-25T09:56:42","date_gmt":"2019-02-25T09:56:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rockythemes.com\/nimva3\/docs\/?p=78"},"modified":"2019-02-25T10:14:11","modified_gmt":"2019-02-25T10:14:11","slug":"how-to-enable-disable-the-shopping-cart-icon-in-header","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rockythemes.com\/nimva3\/docs\/how-to-enable-disable-the-shopping-cart-icon-in-header\/","title":{"rendered":"How to Enable\/Disable the Shopping Cart Icon in Header"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By default, the Shopping Cart icon will appear in the Header Menu, if the WooCommerce plugin has been installed and activated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"66\" src=\"https:\/\/rockythemes.com\/nimva3\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/header-woo.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-79\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rockythemes.com\/nimva3\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/header-woo.jpg 960w, https:\/\/rockythemes.com\/nimva3\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/header-woo-300x21.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rockythemes.com\/nimva3\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/header-woo-768x53.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If for any reasons the Shopping Cart icon doesn&#8217;t appear in the Header area, next to the Navigation Menu, we can enable it by going to <strong>Theme Options -> Menu Options ->WooCommerce Shooping Cart Icon<\/strong> and setting the option to On.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"896\" height=\"170\" src=\"https:\/\/rockythemes.com\/nimva3\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/woocommerce-icon2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-83\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rockythemes.com\/nimva3\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/woocommerce-icon2.jpg 896w, https:\/\/rockythemes.com\/nimva3\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/woocommerce-icon2-300x57.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rockythemes.com\/nimva3\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/woocommerce-icon2-768x146.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 896px) 100vw, 896px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We can simply choose to not have a shopping area on our site and have the Shopping Cart icon disabled from the Header, by setting the option to <strong>Off<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We also added the option to enable\/disable the Shopping Cart Icon individually, only for certain page, posts or portfolio items. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Try editing a page using the Backend editor of WordPress, scroll down below the content area until you see the Advanced Customization box. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under <strong>Header Settings -> Show Shopping Cart Icon in Header<\/strong> set the option to either Yes or No. To inherit the setting set under Theme Options area, leave this option to Default &#8211;
