And which one is compatible with Creativo.

Thank you for your message.

Since there are tons of plugins and services that provide such a feature, including such a feature in a theme is not needed.

Try Mailchimp for WP https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/ - it's one of the plugins we have been using on the Blogger template.
