{"id":336,"date":"2020-05-12T09:48:35","date_gmt":"2020-05-12T09:48:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rockythemes.com\/documentation\/?p=336"},"modified":"2020-05-12T09:52:19","modified_gmt":"2020-05-12T09:52:19","slug":"creating-a-video-background","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rockythemes.com\/documentation\/creating-a-video-background\/","title":{"rendered":"Creating a Video Background"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To create a Row element with&nbsp;<strong>Video Background<\/strong>, edit your page with the FrontEnd Page Builder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hover your mouse over the Row element which will have the Video Background set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click the&nbsp;<strong>Edit Row button<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; it&#8217;s the Pencil Icon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the new Pop-up Window -> go to\u00a0<strong>Video Background<\/strong>\u00a0Tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1080\" height=\"571\" src=\"https:\/\/rockythemes.com\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/pb-10.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-338\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rockythemes.com\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/pb-10.jpg 1080w, https:\/\/rockythemes.com\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/pb-10-300x159.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rockythemes.com\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/pb-10-1024x541.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/rockythemes.com\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/pb-10-768x406.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1080px) 100vw, 1080px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Enable the Video Background&nbsp;<\/strong>option by checking the&nbsp;<strong>Yes, please<\/strong>&nbsp;checkbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We can now set a Video Background by :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>using our own self hosted video &#8211; which has to be in two formats: .mp4 and .webm and uploaded to our Media Library<\/li><li>or by using a Youtube video &#8211; in thiscase we have to paste the entire link to our Youtube video. E.g: https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=nbU2bybx5fU<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Video Overlay can also be set &#8211; this will create a mask over our video, in case we want it to look darker or less visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The last setting we have to use is the&nbsp;<strong>Video Placeholder Image for Mobile Devices<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This image will be used for mobile devices, where the video background cannot be used.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How to create a Video Background using the Page Builder<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[56],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-336","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-wp-bakery-page-builder"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Creating a Video Background &#8211;
